Watch My News Segment!

Let me tell you how I braved an ice storm on Saturday to make it to my news segment on Baltimore’s Fox45. I was super excited for my segment and I woke up to see this hot mess of a winter wonderland. But I wouldn’t let the ice and sleet stop me from talking about my book, The Fly Girl Guide to Next Level Living.

I got outside all dressed in my threads courtesy of Harbor East’s South Moon Under and I scraped the ice off of Shawna (my car), warmed Shawna and drove ever so slowly in the ice to Fox45. I was scared but part of me knew that because I was going to talk about God that He was going to protect me.

And my segment was dope!

I am just thankful that my year turned around. It’s hard to believe that at the top of 2016; I was in LA, sleeping on an air mattress, making meals from the Dollar Store, taking the ratchet bus to a whack job. Now as we close 2016, I have rebranded, wrote a book, traveled to London, Paris, and Thailand, launched Pop Style Clothing, and just starting LIVING!
