It seems like nothing after that stuck though. I always thought she should be a lot further in her career than she is now. Sis is talented. The Call Me Crazy But... EP was dope af. And the Shoulda Been There EP was good too.
But the way her debut album release was handled was a hot mess. All those singles they released before that didn't make any noise and then BOOP they just released the album five months after the fifth one. The album ended up debuting at #92 on Billboard cause of this messiness.
After all the confusion, I just wanted more for sis. I really enjoyed Girl Disrupted.
So when I saw she had a new song out, I was like "oh." and kept it moving.
Well APPARENTLY, I made a mistake in ignoring it. I just happened to be looking at somebody's IG story and they were playing it. Not even realizing it was her, I was like "WAIT! Who this?". Come to find out it's her.

The production on this is A1. I love the way they used the sample. Then her flow and swag throughout the song make it even better.
It's a really good "middle finger up, tell em boy bye" on the way to the club type song. And I hear a lot of meme worthy/IG caption/catchy moments with the lyrics.
And to put the icing on the cake...
Sis got a remix with Nicki on the way. The PERFECT person to put on a song like this. I can already hear Nicki riding TF outta this lil beat. That's gonna bring even more attention to it and make it pop.
This is gonna put Sevyn back on the map y'all. I feel it in my spirit. Especially with the Nicki remix OTW.
